Which functions in our program Actual Window Manager do you use most?

With which applications on your PC do you use Actual Window Manager?

I use them with almost all my applications:

  • Web Browsers: Netscape 7.x, Mozilla, Opera7.2, IE
  • AOL Instant Messenger
  • Lotus SmartSuite: Lotus Word Pro, Lotus 1-2-3, Lotus Freelance Graphics, Lotus Approach...and Transparency with Lotus SmartCenter
  • Microsoft Office, OpenOffice.org, StarOffice
  • Various Windows as Part of the Windows XP Operating System: Windows Explorer, Control Panel, Recycle Bin, etc.

What interface improvements could help make our Actual Window Manager more usable?

The interface is already really gorgeous! Excellent GUI!

Where did you hear about Actual Window Manager?

I did a Google Search for "Window Shading", since I've enjoyed that so much as a Linux Newbie (Mandrake 9.1, Libranet 2.8, Xandros 1.0, Red Hat 8.0) and when I get back to WinXP, I intuitively try to window-shade, but of course, it didn't happen. I first tried FreeShade, but after a few days I found it "buggy", so I did another Google Search and found your product.

Happily I was surprised to find the minimize to the system tray or to the edge of a desktop, which is a feature in a Linux Window Manager called IceWM that I have enjoyed.

Also, the transparency option turns out to be a nice added bonus that I didn't expect.

I love your product! Thanks!!
