[!] Internal low-level structures are cleaned and optimized;
    also, their processing is highly accelerated on x64 systems,
    resulting in overall speed increase.

[+] Tabbed Explorer: The long-awaited feature is finally implemented:
    now Actual Tabbed Explorer remembers the layout and contents
    of its tabbed containers on pause/exit and restores them as before
    on start/resume, keeping the placement of container windows
    and tab order in them.

[*] Tabbed Explorer: Numerous fixes and improvements:

      - tab deletion in various ways now is more consistent and expected

      - after pausing/exiting Actual Tabbed Explorer,
        cascaded File Explorer windows now are kept completely
        within desktop boundaries

      - tab loading animation is added

      - when switching tabs fast (especially via a keyboard shortcut),
        their respective File Explorer windows might flicker on a desktop

      - sometimes the File Explorer window enclosed within a tab
        might appear shifted right-down in the tab

      - first tab icon was painted over by the last tab icon after
        deleting a tab in the middle

      - after deleting a tab via its taskbar preview, the number of previews
        did not update

      - in Windows 11+, File Explorer windows containing old Control Panel
        did not get into containers
