 I'm considering purchasing Acutal Windows Manager for use on my Vista Business PC.  Can you tell me if I can assign a hotkey that will swap the active window from it's current monitor to the other monitor?  Thanks.

Of course, you can. Now you can use the hotkey Win+/. Also you can change it here.
