I clicked
windows not maximized in other monitor.
I clicked Maximize of the window at the top right corner . But it did not maximize.
very much disappointed.
any workaround ?

Are you able to reproduce the problem with all applications (e.g. with Windows Explorer or Notepad)?
Could you send us your configuration files (Actual Multiple Monitors -> Tools -> Configuration -> Send to Tech Support) and attach a link to this thread?
