The Tell a Friend dialog is a special dialog window that allows you the automatic creation of the notifying e-mail and sending it to whomever you like.

To create the e-mail with the necessary information about Actual Window Manager you should simply click the OK button then provide your friend's e-mail address in the automatically created e-mail message and send this message.
