The contents of the revised Index page are great.

In terms of format, I would suggest a typographic styling that makes the keywords different to the keyword values. Hence:

(1) bold but smaller font keywords. Example:
Align at startup to: Top Left, Via window menu item

(a smaller typeface can't be illustrated here)

I don't think comma (,) makes a good visual separator here. Perhaps vertical bar??

Example:
Align at startup to: Top Left | Via window menu item

The option 'Via window menu item' could become a keyword-keyword value pair as follows:

Mode: via window menu item
