 Since updating to v8.1.2, the "Scroll inactive windows with mouse wheel" feature is not working the way it used to. It still works to scroll inactive windows but it no longer scrolls inactive panes within the same window as it used to. For instance, in xplorer2 (file manager), there are 3 panes (or views) within one window. Only one pane can be active at a time but prior to updating, I used to be able to hover any of the 3 panes and scroll, regardless if the pane was active or inactive. Since updating, the mouse scroll only works on the active pane. But then there are other applications where it is working as expected, allowing scrolling of active and inactive panes within the same window.
