I have a license for version 5. There was a bug with the Actual Window Manager and windows themes but you only fixed it in version 6. You make people pay for bug fixes. I don't think this is fair. When I pay for software I expect it to work as advertised. If this isn't fixed in version 5 I'd like my money back.

Since you bought the license for the version 5.4, i.e. after July 9, 2009, - you are eligible to get the free upgrade to version 6.0. Please contact our technical support [support@actualtools.com] to get a new registration code. (http://www.actualtools.com/support/faq/#upg1)
