Unfortunately, due to the new window structure of Outlook (and other MS Office apps too) where the search bar is now in the title bar, the initial position of the buttons shifted to the left of the search bar. We'll try to fix it and will post here when it's fixed. For now there is no way to disable the search bar in the recent versions of Outlook.

For the main Outook window this problem can be temporarily fixed by setting the option "Shift the buttons horizontally" to 1 in the Title Buttons section of the specific settings for the main Outlook window. But this solution doesn't work for the message window. It seems like now the only way to shift the buttons to the right is setting the "Shift..." option to the maximum negative value "-10" – the buttons will be shifted to the right but relative to the initial position, not to the right corner standard buttons. Also the ATB buttons in this case will be in the automatic compact view mode.

Here you can learn about how to create specific settings for a window/application. To create specific settings fot the new message window you can set the "Message" text (without quotes) as the Caption parameter value in the Target Window section of the settings and enable the substring match mode for the Caption parameter – in this case the settings should be applied to message Outlook windows only.
