How do I remove monitor 3 from the overlay? Please see picture.

What exactly software does this overlay belong to? It's not a Windows 11 feature, right?
Could you also specify the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The window containing the build number will appear).
