 I'm running AWM 6.4 on XP SP3 and am using two monitors. The desktop is extended onto monitor 2 from monitor 1.

The Restrict placement target tool doesn't seem to be able to obtain the correct coordinates when used with the second monitor. For example, I have one app that I always run on the second monitor, and I have it set to open at top-left -14 H by -4 V (monitor 2's resolution is 1280 x 1024, monitor 1's resolution is 1920 x 1200, and monitor 2 is to the left of monitor 1). With the app at this position, when I use the target tool to obtain values for Restrict placement, the values it obtains are -1294 L, -4 T, 3200 R, and 168 B. The values that actually work correctly are -1294 L, -4 T, 1920 R, and 168 B. It seems to be deriving the values based on the size of the entire desktop rather than on the size of the monitor. It would seem logical for the correct values in this situation to be -1294 L, -4 T, 1280 R, and 0 B.

With the values it picks up, the Show button is unusable, because the values put the right edge of the displayable area beyond the left edge of the screen. With the values of -1294 L, -4 T, 1920 R, and 168 B, the displayable area is shown as the entire screen on the second monitor, which is correct. This makes sense if it is basing the values on the entire desktop area on both monitors. However, it doesn't explain why the target tool picks up the value 3200 for right when the right edge of the app window is at 1280 whether it is measured against the monitor size or the entire desktop size.
