MSN Messenger Crash

Recently, we got several reports on MSN Messenger crashes when one of our products is installed.

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the problem, that's why we are asking you for some additional information about the crash.

Please send us the following information to our email:

• What version of Actual Tools product do you use?
• What is your Windows version?
• Is Aero theme enabled in your system (Windows Vista and Windows 7 only)?
• When the crash occurred, what were you doing in MSN Messenger?
• How frequently does this crash occur?

The infomation you provide will only be used to locate and fix the problem.
