Topic: «2nd Monitor goes blank , 2nd Monitor will not wake up » on forum: Technical Support   Views: 93

 When my computer goes into sleep mode and I either hit "enter" or move my mouse, the primary monitor, #1, wakes up but, not monitor #2. i hae to restart to get it to come on.

Anybody have a solution?

Thank you for contacting us.

Do you mean this happens only when you're running Actual Window Manager?

What monitors do you use and what interfaces do you use to connect them to the computer (HDMI, DisplayPort etc.)?

Have you tried to see in the standard Windows display settings how the monitor #2 is displayed there after it fails to wake up?
