Hi.

As far as I've been able to determine, running AWM 7.5.1 causes PDF files not to display. AcroRd32.exe shows under processes but the PDF does not appear on screen.

Only disabling AWM from loading on boot allows PDF's to be opened. If I start AWM after opening a PDF, PDF's will continue to open fine. The issue appears to be when AWM is started first.

What version of Acrobat are you running?

What OS are you running (version, 32 or 64-bit)?

I'm using Adobe Reader 11.0.02 on Win7 64-bit OS.

Do you mean even if you close the first PDF and then open other it will open normally?

Have you tried to launch several PDFs one by one with AWM launched - will one of them be opened?

I was unable to reproduce this.

Does the Reader window not show up at all when Reader is opened after AWM?

Send us your AWM configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool.

I was unable to reproduce the issue.

Could you try to disable the default settings?

Could you try to exclude Adobe Reader from processing by AWM? Does it help?

Could you also give me a screenshot of the processes tab of the Task Manager with all the processes in your system?

Hi.

Yes. When starting AWM after opening a PDF any PDF file will continue to open.

Launching several PDF's will result in several Acrobat processes in Task Manager, but no PDF will display. The Reader window does not show up at all.

Since installing 7.5 beta 2 PDF's will now sometimes open, but not all the time.
