 Can you add that I can toggle between ghost mode (only 4 one window) (4 example: if I work with word and see, that the download in the background is finished. I press "strg" or something like this and this activates the gost mode but only for the focused window. Now i should click the done button in the download window without minimizing. if I press "strg" again it should end gost mode but if I press "alt" (4 example) the next focused window will go in gost mode.

and ps the trancparence does not work with the MS IE...

Yes, the feature you asked for will be included into our next major update of Actual Tools.

 The requested feature is available in Actual Tools since the 4.2 version: see the "Ghost Windows" property sheet in the "Options" window.
