 I am a new user to Microsoft Office Word 2007.  Our family has 4 users with different settings & preferences.   I tried to copy a document from one user & paste it in a document via my user logon.  I was able to copy the document from user 2, but no "paste" option was available to create a document thru my own user 1 desktop.  I also tried to "save as" the document into My Documents in my user 1 desktop.  Neither strategy was effective.  Of course, the user 2 document is not password protected nor is anything in the user 2 profile.  could someone give me some direction?  Thanks - Jim Lane
