 while the program works mostly well im still annoyed by the outdated and cluttered design.  im not talking about a huge overhaul that modern companies do to their programs and apps which removes features and slows them down on older devices.  i just want removal of gradient effects/recolors/modern filled and slightly larger icons.  
please.

We have plans to refresh the program design in the future, but for now there are no time frames for this task.

Do you have to use the configuration module often in your everyday work?

By "gradient effects" you mean the style of the buttons in the window?
