I have a two display system and what I want to do is run my games on one window (must be main display for the two games I normally play) and have ONE task bar with notification area (tray) on the OTHER monitor.
The problem I have is windows will NOT let me see my tray while running a game unless I hit the windows key. Windows lets me have a task bar on both monitors but the important stuff (notifications) are hidden by the game.

Turns out you can do exactly this as show here:

Windows should have added this to the display settings or task bar settings as it's not something that you would expect.

Hello, Wayne
Thank you for contacting us.
You're right: notification tray is available in our programs' secondary taskbars among other elements. You can adjust the set of the elements of the taskbar in taskbar context menu > Taskbar parts.
Best regards.
