Hello I purchased Actual dual monitors and have not received a key yet, it's been an hour or two. does it take a couple of days. I've already been charged. no email received though

As I can see, an email containing the registration information has been sent to your email address on August 16th. Have you received it? Please make sure that the email didn’t go to the spam folder.
