 Am I to believe this is no simple maximize button for actual for the monitor its on ? This should be a main feature becaus everybody always uses that and minimize all the time. What gives ? Resizing only resizes it to weird things. A simple maximize button but questions asked like its been done for 20 years would suffice. :{}

What exactly maximize button are you talking about? Do you mean our program should have the ability to add the maximize button to a particular window? But the native title buttons including the maximize button stays on windows when our program runs.
