I believe there was a setting that you can minimize windows in the monitor where your mouse is

But I can't find that

any one can enlighten me?

Thank you for your post, Tetete t!

It's located at Multiple Monitors -> Taskbar -> Options area and is named "Minimize all" command affects only the monitor with mouse.

Which keyboard short cut is minimize all?

Win + D still minimize both windows after applied that setting
