 If I start a new post or respond to an existing post, the option "Subscribe to the new post messages" is off by default. This means I always have to remember to check this option, because, of course, I want to stay informed if somebody responds to my message. Moreover, if I preview my message, the check mark I placed for this option is always deleted. This means I always have to remember to check this option right before posting it. I think it would be better to have this option on by default. In the (presumably) rare case that someone does not want to keep informed they then have to uncheck this box.
