When attempting to move WinZip window by left-clicking on WinZip titlebar to attempt to select AWM options, the WinZip program crashes.

Laptop is clean install with Windows 7 32-bit RTM
Using AWM 5.5b3 (downloaded the latest version per email sent on 27-11).

I ran the Windows 7 Problem Steps Recorder and can send that file if needed...

I have a DELL Inspiron XPS Gen 2 laptop, fresh install with Windows 7 Ultimate RTM
The problem is with WinZip 14.0 Professional.

When I start the program and use AWM in attempt to position the window, the very act of left-clicking on the program causes WinZip to fail.

I did send a file to support, stepping through the steps via Windows 7 Problem Recorder- Hope this helps!

Glenn,

Thank you for the Problem Recorder file. It seems there's a conflict between command identifiers AWM and WinZip use for their menu items. We will try to investigate this issue to the root and fix its cause. As a workaround, please try to remove some of AWM additional menu items from the WinZip window - it might help to resolve the conflict.
