So far, I have found that ccleaner, update notifier, and Magic Memory Optimizer will not work in Windows Vista with Windows Manager. Have tried with Windows Vista Home and Windows Vista Business. Even though a rule is created, when one of the apps is opened, the app icon appears in ALL the Switcher windows AND the APP windows has No additional menu items or taskbar items listed. The app appears on ALL desktops as each one is selected even though the "move to desktop" box is checked and a single desktop specified.
Is there a way to fix this?

I have discovered then when User Account Control in VISTA is turned OFF, the problem goes away.
Can Window Manager be modified to fix this problem?

Dear Jolly,
You should run Actual Window Manager as administrator, because the applications are running on administrator mode.
For this you need disable a function “Load at startup” (Configuration->Actions->Options->General), create a shortcut for ActualWindowManagerCenter.exe, right-click on this shortcut then choose Properties-> Shortcut->Advanced and able option “Run as administrator”.
Then always after start system you need double-click to this shortcut to run AWM.
But Magic Memory Optimizer doesn’t contain standard title therefore our program can't add extra buttons and menu. You can manage the window with help of hot-keys and stert up options.
