 Hello,

Please answer the below questions:

1. What is the exact version and name of our product was installed?
2. What is the exact version of Radmin server?
3. On which from the computers did our program crashing? (main or remote computer)

 I use Radmin and AWM and have not seen any problems.

I have a machine running both Radmin Server and Radmin viewer.  AWM has settings for the viewer.  The server just runs, typically without a viewable window as it is a background service, so I do not have an AWM configuration for the server.

3. The Actual-Window-Manager of main(server) was crashed when only use virtual desktop.

Please, describe the procedures that lead to AWM crashing.

What is the exact version of AWM you are using?
