The At Window Startup tab shows a list of actions in an inner window. The vertical scroll bar is half out of the tab window. Expanding the tab window size correspondingly increases the size of the inner window so that the vertical scroll bar is still half obscured.
This problem is evident in ver 5.2 (release) and 5.3 beta 1.
The Tile Button tab has a similar button. There is a horizontal scroll bar that brings the RHS into view but you'd expect the horizontal scroll bar to disappear if the tab window is stretched far enough to the right, but it doesn't.
