Move at startup to monitor:
1. Exactly specified:
2. Having mouse pointer
3. Of parent window
4. Primary

If "#3" is selected and the host application window doesn't 'have' a "parent" and you are on monitor #2 when executed, the host application window proceeds as if "#4" was selected. Requesting consideration for:
