As the list of window config settings grow it is getting more and more difficult to manage the list. Visual analysis is very important when it comes to checking the order in which the rules are processed.

My suggestion is that any application that has more than one rule  be assigned a 'folder'. The folder can be opened or closed by clicking on it. When the folder is open, all window rules for the application are displayed. When closed, all rules are hidden.

I've created an illustration of how the 'folder' works in the following two images.

The dots are used here to signify there are rules hidden in the folder. It's not very neat, alternative visual clues could be used.
