 If "Wise Register Cleaner 7" has "Windows Settings > At Window Startup > Open as Maximized" set the application exhibits all sorts of funky behavior. Such as, displaying to copies of the application on the screen, not maximizing, etc. If you further ad "Put into Divider tile" which is 1/2 of the screen on a dual monitor system it expands Wise Register Cleaner 7 to the size of both monitors and other strange behavior.

 Hello Zardoz

This behavior is associated with the specificity of the Wise Register Cleaner window - it is not a standard window and due to this it can't be processed the right way.
