 I have just found that AWM 8 beta 3 is incompatible with Intuit QuickBooks Pro 2012 on Win 8 64bit.
I cannot comment on prior versions of AWM as I have never used it alongside QuickBooks.

The window Title Buttons show up OK but are non functioning and Quicbooks becomes unresponsive to mouse or keyboard. If I deactivate AWM keyboard/mouse control returns to QuickBooks.

Unfortunately, we can't check this because QuickBooks Pro 2012 doesn't have a trial period.

You can try to exclude QuickBooks Pro 2012 from processing by AWM and see if it solves the problem.
