It would be helpful and I thought I saw it in prior versions, having the cursor change to the four arrow cursor when "Mouse > Drag and Scroll > Make the entire window area responsive to dragging/sizing" -- In AWM 8B3, currently, the mouse pointer doesn't change.

Sincerely,
Lars

I am using AWM 8.0 beta 3 and I still see the four arrow cursor when using this function. I wonder why it does not work in your case. It works properly on my Vista Ultimate 32-bit machine and my Windows XP virtual machine.

Windows 7, 64-bit, all hot fixes and the service pack.

Via "CTRL+ALT"

Doesn't work with (Examples):

Windows 7--    Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers (dialog)
Windows 7--    Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Update (dialog)
FinePrint's--  pdfFactory Pro  - v4.81
Nir Soft's--   ShellExView     - v1.81
Mythicsoft's-- FileLocator Pro - v6.5, Build 1358

Works with (Examples):
Mozilla's--    FireFox - v22.0
Microsoft's--  Outlook 2013 (15.0.4505.1002)

Sincerely,
Lars

Hello Zardoz,

Could you please tell me which dialog windows you mean exactly? I was looking at Windows 7 in my VM but it is unclear to me which specific windows do not wok for you. I am unable to test the other programs you mention as I do not have those installed.

"Devices and Printers":
#1) Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > "Devices and Printers" (dialog)

"Windows Update":
#2) Control Panel > System and Security > "Windows Update" (dialog)

Sincerely,
Lars

Hello Zardoz,

Could you please give me (a) screen shot(s) of (one of) those windows? I am confused by you calling them dialog windows, but when I follow your directions I find regular and not dialog windows. BTW: the four arrow cursor does show on those windows.

Best regards.

Bogdan Polishchuk,

Requesting consideration to have this feature display the 'four arrow cursor' when the user presses the key combination via (AWM settings) AND the mouse pointer is over a window. Yes, I know it seems trivial but this provides feed back that the user can and will move the window before the event occurs. Since the original problem was corrected, seems, as if this could be implemented with minimal resources.

Thanks for the consideration for the above.

Sincerely,
Lars
