 Seconding Pim's request, here's a blog post of analysis on the "Alt-tabbing" world by Jeff Atwood (creator of the StackOverflow/StackExchange networks). He delves into the shortcomings of Expose, but how they're overcome with Switcher's abilities (particularly the search and filter features):
