First, thanks for fixing the the maximized windows "Move to Monitor" issue. It's now working right.
But . . .
For non-maximized windows, beta 2 is still not right. It seems that it is ignoring the selections made in the "After Moving to Monitor" section. I have a 2 monitor setup (1st monitor is 1900x1200, 2nd monitor is 1280x1024). A 1280x1024 window on monitor 1 shrinks both horizontally and vertically, becoming about 900x1000, when moved to monitor 2. This happens regardless of whether I select "Leave as is", "keep aspect ratio" or "fit target monitor".
I realize that having 2 monitors with different aspect ratios is not common, but what I'd like to see ideally is:
If the window is maximized, it should stay maximized when switched between monitors.
A non-maximized window that is smaller than both monitors, should move from one monitor to the other without changing size.
A window larger than monitor 2 should shrink to 1280x1024 when switched to monitor 2 and should stay 1280x1024 when switched back to monitor 1.

Thanks for the report, we'll check this issue more thoroughly. Please specify how your monitors are configured relative to each other in "Display Properties". Also please make sure that you're specifying the "After Moving" options for the proper window rule.

Display properties settings:
Monitor #1 is on the left; monitor #2 on the right.
Monitor#1: Dell 2407WFP (Digital) on NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GT/GTO
Screen resolution: 1920x1200
Use this device as the primary monitor: yes
Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor: yes
Monitor #2: Plug and Play Monitor on NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GT/GTO
Screen resolution: 1280x1024
Use this device as the primary monitor: no
Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor: yes
I am indeed specifying the "After moving to another monitor" options for the proper window rule.
No matter what setting I choose in the "After moving to another monitor" options, the result is exactly the same when I move either a maximized window or a non-maximized window from monitor #1 to monitor #2. The window becomes more square-ish and the right side of the window is truncated. For a maximized window, this is appropriate, as otherwise the window would not fit on the screen. For a non-maximized window which would fit on either monitor, it should be possible to move the window from one monitor to the other while maintaining its size and shape. But it is not.

Herb, many thanks for your note. I've found and fixed the bug which made the options other than "keep ratio" in the "After Moving..." group unused. The 4.2 release will work as required.

I'm taken aback by your reply. All my experience had led me to believe that the natural reply to "There's a bug" is "Yeah, get used to it!."
Thanks.

Dual monitor features working perfectly. And, again, it was most thoughtful of you to implement dual monitor support just before I got a dual monitor setup. Thanks.
