Actual Tools has released the 2nd beta version of Actual Window Manager 4.2.

Here is the short list of changes and improvements:

[+] The blocking of the undesired self-activation for windows minimized to the tray is added.

[ * ] The speed of window processing is improved.

[ * ] The minimization of the modal dialogs is improved.

[ * ] The Move-to-Monitor action now works correctly with the maximized windows.

[-] The bug with the blocked Move-to-Monitor hotkey is fixed.

[-] The bug with the "pixels" measure units in the "Restrict window placement" feature is fixed.

You can download it here.

I would recommend to install this beta into a separate folder (for example, "C:\Program Files\Actual Window Manager 4.2 beta") and then simply copy there your original WindowRules.ini settings file from the folder where you installed the release version of Actual Window Manager ("C:\Program Files\Actual Window Manager" by default).

Note: This beta will expire November 1, 2006.
