 I have problems with it also
can't tell you exact steps, just that after a while with lots of things going on, applications flash install steam etc the boundary is disabled
not officially, i mean it should be still enabled acording to the application, but it does not work anymore. If you could run another check on it it would be great. thanks

2 monitors placed I on top of II,
2 independent taskbars on the right,
and using the latest beta

Could you clarify what exactly applications (names, versions, download links would be great)  do you have this problem with?
