 I am currently using beta 2 and it is due to expire on May 15, 2011 which is fast approaching.

Is there going to be another beta or a final release before then?

The reason I asked, but maybe not the correct/real question is will the current beta stop working after May 15, 2011?

I did not want to get to the Office Monday and not be able to use the new Multiple Desk Tops per Monitor feature. Or have to reinstall the previous version just to be able to function at all.

 Well, I just started getting the notice that AWM beta 2 is expired, and I don't see a newer beta available for download anywhere on the site.

 My AWM has expired for many hours now, so I registered just now to say this:

please keep in mind when you set the expiration date next time that there are people in the world whose day starts a few hours earlier than yours. Thanks.

 As annoying as it is I think we should remember that we have access to a beta version, not the release version. I would rather Alex take a few more days and be confident about the next beta release than to release it, under pressure, prematurely and risk giving us all a buggy version.

Let's all be patient and make encouraging noises.

 I agree with Greg, these are beta versions. If you need AWM for critical use then I would re-install the last release version.
