This is a known problem but we can't reproduce it on our machines.

What OS are you running (version, 32 or 64-bit)?

What our program are you running (name, version)?

How do you think - what could lead to this? Do you remember after what actions the problem begun to occur?

 I know this is an older subject, but I'm getting the error, also.

Windows 7 Pro, 64bit
AWM v8.1.4

It started happening shortly after the update to v8x. When I right click on icon in the system tray and sel ect CONFIGURE, I get the error. I can recreate it 100% of the time. Wouldn't be so bad if I could configure the error to open on my secondary monitor (primary monitor is a touch screen on the RIGHT (has to be there because of the shiny surface, too much reflection, can't make it secondary monitor or the touch screen programs won't work))

Even when I made the touch screen the secondary, it still occurred every time I clicked on CONFIGURE fr om the system tray.

 Dear Sandra,

thank you for your message.

Could you please try updating your Actual Window Manager to 8.2 beta 2 version and check if the problem persists. If it does, please send us your configuration files (Actual Window Manager -> Tools -> Configuration -> Send to Tech Support). I will try and see if I can reproduce the problem.

For whatever reason, I have not encountered this concern.
