I have noticed when setting the "Fix minimal window size to," say, 640 x 400 pixels, the window (any Specific Window) will immediately change to that size upon saving the configuration for that window. Further, you can't change the size of that window by dragging its edge. Only clicking the Maximize button will change the size of the window.
Also, the "Fix maximal window size to" configuration doesn't act appropriately. After removing the "Fix minimal windows size to" 640 x 400 pixels configuration, saving, then setting the maximal window size to 800 x 600, saving the new configuration, the window can be dragged from 640 x 400 to 800 x 600 pixels. No smaller that 640 x 400 pixels!

Thanks for the valuable information, there are bugs indeed. We'll fix them necessarily until 4.0 release.
