 Add Folders/Groups to the Exclusions and Specific Settings section so we can sort out settings based on needs, etc. (i.e. Games, Utilities, Fixes, etc.).

This could be used as an alternate to the other post I made about defining defaults, but I would still like to have a date added to the listings.  Date created, AND date last modified would be nice.  Let's me know if the rule was something I changed.
