 I start several programs 85% x 70% and about 10% above middle center. A quick way to restore the position and/or position and size would be nice. Either a new button or a menu item or an option under Align.

 Did you add the described size to the list of predefined sizes?

 Yes. But what I am looking for is more general; for any startup size and position I'd like a Revert button to bring the window back to it's startup parameters. The size list changes size but not position.
