Other related problem with Warcraft 3, if lock mouse startup rule is enabled, each click in game (playing) send a signal to screen, same effect of default game shortcut alt + click.

What version of Warcraft 3 do you have?

What does mentioned "a signal to screen" mean?

Did you try to reproduce this problem with Actual Window Manager 6.4 beta 3?
