Teams, Outlook and other software all pop up temporary notifications, and sometimes those are visible in the Notification area, but don't generally stay up until cancelled, nor do they recur.
I haven't found a good way to set those notifications to 'repeat until dismissed' within the Windows framework, nor in the individual software systems.
Is there any chance that Actual Window Manager could make recurrent announcements from other software? Or is that something that would require additional permissions, APIs or superuser rights?
