Hi,

I have 5.2 AWM on Lenovo T60p with XP Prof SP3, 2 Gb RAM.

It seems like there is a limit on how many windows I can open with using AWM:
- a new application does not start
- new window is not fully initialized (some design elements is not created)

I need to close some windows to resolve it.

Without AWM I don't have such problems.

I have ~10-12 applications. Some of them (like IE or Word have 3-4 pages/documents opened).

Any ideas?

Thank you

Sergey

Dear Sergey,

The problem you described in your message is quite unusual. Please could you help us to track down its cause? If you agree then please try to do following:

1. Reproduce this situation
2. Close one window
3. Run procexp.exe (you can download it here)
4. Choose View->Select Columns...->Process Memory
5. Mark the check boxes GDI Objects and USER Objects
6. Save Process Explorer Data in text file (File->Save as...)
7. Send to us this file. (support@actualtools.com)

Thank you!

Best regards.
