Dear support team,

I want to use AWM to manage my wallpapers.
I'm using 4 monitors and as soon as I use AWM to manage the backgrounds, all of my monitor are black.
When I open the Windows settings, there are set to solid color black!?

That happens all the time.

AWM 8.15
Windows 10 22H2 (10.0.19045.3803)

Hello, Tom

Thank you for contacting us.

This problem may be associated with the fact there is the limitation to the size of the final desktop wallpaper file in the system. Could you download the file UseJPEGCodec_AIM.zip, unpack it, execute the UseJPEGCodec_AIM.reg file and see whether it stops the problem?

Best regards.

That did the Trick, thanks!
Maybe you could add this fix to an update?

hello i have the same problem and when i changed it back to "current windows background" for trouble shooting i got a 1j0303eb6 error code.

Is there a fix? I've ran UseJPEGCodec_AIM.reg

Windows 11 23H2. 8.15 AMM

Cheers, thank you.

Resolutions:
1440x2560
3840x1600
3840x2160
1280x768

Fix:
if you're not using the Actual Window Manager program you must put it in AMM keyname
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Actual Tools\Actual Multiple Monitors\Command Center\Plugins\WallpaperManager

Hello, Virge

Thank you for contacting us.

For Actual Multiple Monitors you need to use this version of the .reg file UseJPEGCodec_AMM.zip.

Let us know if it solves the problem.

Did the error message appear before or after you've executed the .reg file?
