There is a discrepancy between the monitors available under the Monitor Layout and Settings and the Desktop Profile options:

The Monitor Layout and Settings shows all monitors correctly:

The Desktop Profiles show only a subset of the actual monitors that are connected:

The missing monitors happen to be the two monitors connected to my laptop through a StarTech.com USB HDMI Dual Monitor Display Adapter:

   https://www.startech.com/en-us/display-video-adapters/usb32hd2

When adding a new profile, the two missing monitors 4 and 5 appear again.  But this means that I need to delete the old and add the new profiles again each time the machine is rebooted.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks.

Hello, Mathias

Thank you for contacting us.

Could you make sure that the profiles in which the two monitors are not displayed persist in your AMM configuration. If you've deleted them could you create them again and get to the point where the monitors are not displayed in them. Then create another desktop profile where all the monitors are displayed before reboot, apply the changes and send us your AMM configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (AMM configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support). Add a link to this topic in the email.
