The drop-down icons the menu bar at the top of the quick windows settings dialog overlay the options themselves, making them hard to read and to select / use. See attached image.

Thank you for contacting us.
Are you talking about the menus of these title buttons (marked with the red line on the screenshot)? These and the options inside the "Quick window settings" window itself are different options: the options inside the "Quick window settings" are related to the window you open the quick settings for, and the options you can change via the window's title buttons are related to the "Quick window settings" itself (as in case with any other window - the options available via title buttons are related to the window the buttons belong to).
