 A few items i noticed on windows 11.

Update: 7/29/2022
-right click on start button does nothing
-Start button works after pressing start numerous times.

Original: 7/28/2022
-the main windows 11 taskbar has a wonky double recycle bin icon
-the recycle bin on stock tasbar no longer functions
User added an image

-Action center on AMM does nothing when clicked
-AMM taskbar when clicking on date only shows calendar and does not show action center like in windows 11

These are known problems. We'll try to fix them and will post in this topic when they're fixed.

Are you talking about the Actual Multiple Monitors taskbar Start Button, not the standard Windows 11 Start Button?

The same question here - is it related to the AMM taskbars only?

I was unable to confirm this problem.

Are you running any other taskbar or start menu enhancement applications, for example Start11?

 correct in regards to the AMM button it typically doesn't work.
examples:
windows 11 stock button:  right click instantly opens menu.
amm taskbar if your right click does nothing. if you left click it doesn't nothing unless you press it 2 times then its continues to work

This is a known problem. We'll try to fix it and I will post here when it's fixed.

As for this problem – I was unable to reproduce it.

Are you able to reproduce this problem at any time, or it happens only sometimes? Does left mouse button click to the Start Button not work after some special actions or it doesn't matter what actions precede it?

Could you specify the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The window containing the build number will appear).

Could you send us your Actual Mutiple Monitors configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (AMM configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support)? Add a link to this topic in the email.

 this happens all the time and typically there is not reason when it doesn't work.
If i move my mouse onto the start button, click=nothing, click =nothing. if you move your mouse away it almost looks like its stuck highlighted. If you move your mouse to another pinned icon and then back to start it will then start working again. its very odd.


winver:windows 11 pro  21H2 (OS Build 22000.856)

i sent the config files as well as video of the start issue

I apologize for the delay in replying to you.

Does the problem with left mouse button click to the Start button still persist? I'm still unable to reproduce it.

Also, I don't see any emails containing configuration files and video of the problem around the date of your reply. Could you send the email again to support@actualtools.com?

Do you have any custom toolbars in the AMM taskbar? Does the problem persist if you temporarily remove these toolbars?

 well thats awkward, looks like it was stuck in my outlook this whole time. it just sent  :oops:

The issue does still occur, Ive noticed that i need to move my mouse onto another icon if the start button looks to be highlighted already in order for it to work.
The video is me clicking numerous times

I'm still unable to reproduce the problem. I will try to reproduce it again later and if I don't succeed I think I'll come up with some additional questions.

Does the problem still persist? If it does, then please specify the version of AWM and the exact build of Windows 11 you're running.

At what moment does AWM crash? Do you get any error messages?
