Sorry if this is not the right place.

I purchased AWM on Sunday night, and now is Tuesday and I'm not given any code to activate my license.
Please kindly check and provide me with a valid code. Thanks.

Hello, Pitak

As I can see in our database, the order hasn't been completed or the payment hasn't been processed yet. Are you sure you were charged for this purchase?

What payment processor you used to make the payment? PayPro Global?

I was able to find only one entry in our database associated with your name. If you made another order and specified different name, then please provide me the name and the email address you've specified either here or via the private messages.

I purchased it on 14/7/19 22:18:35 (GMT+7) and my credit card app has notified me that the charge has successfully occurred. I used PayPro Global (Visa) Order no. #17236074 and I use this email address and name to purchase it. Please kindly re-check.

I've emailed PayPro Global for a refund, and attached is his reply.

I've made another order of AWM and this time I choose to pay via PayPal. I still have not gotten any email from you, but thankfully no payment notification happens yet. Why is it so hard to buy something from you?

I received this email from PayPro Global right after my 2nd order using Paypal.

Does PayPro Global process Paypal payments as well? Order no. is different from my 1st order.
