 Hi everyone
I recently encountered a problem with the screen saver section
This problem, of course, did not exist before
The problem is this happens after the screen server activates on both monitors after displaying 2 or 3 picture of the screen server is disabled.

Does this problem happen if you use the "Individual screen saver..." feature of AWM, but other screen savers instead of Photos, for example Ribbons or 3D text?

Have you tried to use the standard Windows screen saver feature? Select Current Windows screen saver option in the configuration module of AWM, press Apply, then go to the standard Windows 10 screen saver settings and try to set Photos and some other screen savers. Does the problem persist in this case, when AWM is running? Without AWM running?

The Windows screen server works well and has no problems
Even when AMW is Running
but
screen server on AWM
In other situations, this is a problem (3D Text or Bubbles)

Do you mean the problem also persists with 3D Text and Bubbles screen savers?

Is the time after which screen saver stops always the same – around 10 seconds?

Does the problem appear exactly the same way whether you start screen saver manually using the Preview button or screen saver starts automatically?

Do you mean there was no such problem in previous version of Actual Window Manager?

Could you name the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The window containing the build number will appear).

yes, There is a problem with everyone

It stops after 2 or 3 seconds

The same problem remains the same automatically

I'm not very sure
But I've updated Windows many times that might be relevant to this problem

no,There was no problem with this version before

So, does the problem persist when you click the Preview button (as shown in the video you've sent)? In the video I can see the screensaver stops after around 10 seconds.

Could you also see whether the same screen savers work with the "Single screen saver over entire desktop" option (Actual Window Manager configuration module > Multiple Monitors > Screen Saver > Single screen saver over entire desktop)?

Could you see whether the AWM's own screen saver "Slideshow on each monitor" works?

 Behzad,

Could you see whether the ScreensaverLoader64.exe is in the installation folder of Actual Window Manager (by default it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Actual Window Manager)?

Could you send us a screenshot of the About window of Actual Window Manager (AWM configuration module > Tools > Help > About)? You can send it to uninstall@actualtools.com but please add a link to this topic to the email.

Could you also send us your AWM configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (AWM configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support)? Also add a link to this topic to the email.
