I just updated to the 2018 Fall Update of Windows 10 (version 1809) and the maximize / close button window for file explorer has the move monitors/settings buttons for AMM (version 8.13.1) overlaying over it. I provided a screenshot for reference.

Hello, Jean

Could you start AMM and then open Wordpad and Paint? Does this problem persist in these windows?

Best regards.

Good Morning Bogdan, the issue does persist on both windows. Thanks for your assistance.

LOD-squa,

Could you create a new user account in Windows and see whether this problem persists in that account as well?

Could you also see whether the problem persists when you switch DPI settings (text size) to 100% for all the monitors in the system?

Does the problem persist if you switch from the Light to Dark mode and vice versa (Personalize > Colors > Choose your default app mode > Dark, Light)

Best regards.

Bogdan Polishchuk,

Thanks for the response, sorry I use this software for a computer at work and I had to make a new local account to test to avoid using a domain account.

1. The issue persists even in a new Windows profile
2. I always have DPI set to 100% across all monitors.
3. The issue does persist on both modes. I had it when I was using light and a few days ago I started using dark and still encountered the issue.

Yeah same here but with Firefox

I cannot add new tab on Firefox when this happens.

I just came here and it seems many peoples are facing the same issues.  Unfortunately I have read response above and it seems more and more hopeless for the help.  I'm not sure if I should renew license for this quality of the support or not.

I have found this issues since 3 years ago. This is quite a surprise for how they are not fixed until now.

Hello, gentlemen

Sorry for the delay.

LOD-squa,

What edition of Windows 10 you're running (Pro, Enterprise etc.)?

Could you name the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The window containing the build number will appear).

Rob, Paul,

The problem with Chrome should be fixed in the latest update of our products. I was unable to reproduce the problems in the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox.

What our product you're running (name, version)?

What versions of Chrome and Firefox you're running?

What are your DPI settings for the monitors (text and other elements size percentage, 100%, 150% etc.)?

Could you name the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The window containing the build number will appear).

Best regards.

LOD-squa,

Could you send us your Actual Multiple Monitors configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (AMM configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support). Change the "To..." email address to uninstall@actualtools.com in the email and also add a link to this topic in the email.

Best regards.
